Shine bright like a Diamond!

Think about diamonds. They are already worth so much and love is awaiting them to be cherished and honored. They are waiting to be bought and to truly belong to someone.
There is a process in making diamonds for them to be bought. They have to be dug out from beneath the ground and then polished up, shaped and cut. Then they are weighed and valued on display and paid for.
The value of each diamond varies. Different diamonds have different worth but they are each unique and have value.
Most natural diamonds are formed at high temperature and pressure.
The word is from the ancient Greek ἀδάμας – adámas "unbreakable".
Diamonds are precious gems.
The immense hardness of a Diamond contributes to its suitability and importance as a gemstone. Because of its hardness, a Diamond is immune to scratching, as the only thing that can scratch it is another Diamond. This resistance lends it the ability to withstand daily wear and tear beyond the capabilities of most gemstones. Diamonds are also difficult to polish due to their hardness - they can only be polished with special Diamond saws that have a thin layer of Diamond on the saw blades and edges.
Think about us. We are just like these diamonds. We are God's precious gems, rare-cut diamonds.

God's
Extraordinary
Masterpiece

We are difficult to polish as well and the only person who can clean us up is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
Jesus has already paid the price for us. He bought us with His blood.
Jesus paid the ultimate price.
Jesus thought we were to die for!

We are #GIFTED:
Ephesians 4:7
7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
We are #CHOSEN:
1 Peter 2:9
9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;
We are #VALUED:
Luke 12:7
7 But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.
We are #LOVED:
Zephaniah 3:17
17 The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.
Jesus finds us from beneath the ground and transforms us. He polishes us up. He shapes us and molds us into His precious gems-diamonds-into the person we are called to be.
Usually, at the greatest point of pressure in our life is when we are formed into something great, just like the diamond!
So, next time you feel the heat on you and feel the pressure coming down,
 just remember the diamond!
